SHIPHQR provides a digital platform that connects shippers with carriers for the transportation of goods. SHIPHQR does not own or operate any vehicles used for transportation and acts solely as an intermediary between shippers and carriers.
By using our Services, you understand and agree that SHIPHQR is not a carrier, freight forwarder, broker, or other transportation service provider. We facilitate connections between shippers and carriers and provide related logistics services.
To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SHIPHQR immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.1. Booking Confirmation: Upon booking a shipment through our platform, you will receive a booking confirmation with details of your shipment, including estimated pickup and delivery dates. These dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4.2. Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your shipment, including but not limited to dimensions, weight, contents, special handling requirements, pickup and delivery addresses, and contact information.
4.3. Prohibited Items: You agree not to ship illegal, dangerous, hazardous, or prohibited items. SHIPHQR reserves the right to refuse any shipment at its sole discretion.
5.1. Shipping Rates: All rates displayed on the SHIPHQR platform are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Rates may vary based on factors including but not limited to distance, weight, dimensions, and special handling requirements.
5.2. Additional Fees: Additional fees may apply for services such as accessorials, fuel surcharges, insurance, or other special services. These fees will be disclosed during the booking process.
5.3. Payment Terms: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our platform.
6.1. <strong>Limitation of Liability:</strong> SHIPHQR's liability for any loss or damage to a shipment is limited to the lesser of (a) the actual value of the shipment, (b) $100, or (c) the amount of insurance purchased for the shipment.
6.2. Insurance: Additional insurance may be purchased at the time of booking. By declining additional insurance, you accept the limited liability as stated in section 6.1.
6.3. Claims: All claims for loss or damage must be reported to SHIPHQR within 5 business days of delivery. Claims must include documentation supporting the value of the goods.
7.1. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a shipment up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.
7.2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
The SHIPHQR name, logos, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SHIPHQR or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of SHIPHQR.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
SHIPHQR reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, SHIPHQR, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
